Unruly Airline Passenger Duct-Taped To Seat

During a flight from Iceland to New York, a passenger high on duty-free liquor became so intoxicated and aggressive that he had to be restrained to his seat for a majority of the flight. During the flight, the man started screaming that the plane was going to crash.
