A Meshulach is someone who collects charity money, usually for an organization.
A man business sitting on a bench enjoying a conversation on his phone is interrupted by a Meshulach.
The philanthropist askes the Meshulach why he didn't run away after he was yelled at? The Meshulach reply "Because it says in my paper here, that this rich man screams at you but then in the end he give you one thousand dollars.

I find this humor very offensive. Meshulochim are most often normal human beings with the most humiliating way in the world to make a living. Nobody forces you to give them money but to mock them is heartless and not funny. I'm in a difficult chapter in my own life, and I'd hate to be mockery material.
