Rabbi Shmuel Schneersohn an elder chasid and Mashpia from Yerushalyim sings to the tune of the Nigun kown as the "Beinoni" the advice of the Baal Hatanya Rebbe written in Perek 41 of Sefer HaTanya on how to prepare ourselves for prayer, study of Torah and performance of Mitzvos.
The "Beinoni" is knows as the Nigun Rebbe Rayatz of Lubavitch as it was one of his favorite. It was composed by the Chosid Reb Aharon Charitonov of Nikolayev.
The term "Beinoni" is the name given to one who constantly strives in his service of Hashem. He struggles against his selfish drives and always wins the battle. But unlike the righteous man, his Yetzer Hara is alive and well, and he must continuously fight it. The melody called The Beinoni reflects this struggle. Hence Reb Shmuel adding the words of Tanya Perek 41 to this tune fits rather well.
Although Reb Shmuel starts off with the Beinonei, he seems to follow into another 2 separate Negunim.
