Husband is Told of Wife's Murder and Children's Survival

The victims of Thursday's attack in Kiryat Malachi were identified as Ahron Smadga (50), Yitzchak Amsalam (27), and 25-year-old Mira Scharf (nee Cohen), who was 7 months pregnant. Hashem Yinkom Domom!

Mira's husband Shmuel was critically injured, as were their 3 children. The Scharfs were active in the Jewish community in New Delhi, India, and were only visiting Israel.

Rosh Chodesh Kislev, the very same day, four years ago, the Chabad Shluchim to Mumbai, India, Rabbi Gabi and Rivky Holtzberg OBM, were murdered.
