A huge blaze in the Breezy Point neighborhood of Queens has destroyed at least 80 homes, during the height of Hurricane Sandy, firefighters say. FDNY was hampered by flood waters surrounding the scene.

Runs from about Noon on the 29th Of October, till about half nine am on the 30th October, 2012. No idea about why the camera moves, I'm guessing someone knocked the tripod or the building swaying in the wind caused it. It's not one of the most stable setups it would seem."
