Aerial footage filmed on Tuesday Oct. 30 shows the aftermath of a huge fire in the Breezy Point neighborhood of Queens, which destroyed 80 to 100 houses. Meanwhile, Lower Manhattan still has residual flooding from superstorm Sandy, although much of the water has receded from around Battery Park City. Across the Hudson River from Manhattan, large areas of Hoboken, New Jersey, remained under water
