Hatzolah the a scene of an accident on the New York State Thruway, near Monsey NY. Several Monsey residence watched the scene unfold from above over an underpass. August 19, 2012.

Why is the Hatzhala Ambulance parked on the other side of traffic?
why are the parked half on the shoulder and half in the left lane.
When dealing on Emergency scenes there are many things for the emergency responders to know especially on Highways.
Hatzhalah you guys are from the best EMS out there, but please don't let people post videos of your organazation operating in unsafe manners.
