Wolf and Lamb Steakhouse Arrives in Brooklyn

The winter is drawing to a close, and spring is blowing in some exciting news. A new steakhouse has arrived in Brooklyn. Well, not entirely new. Manhattan’s landmark Wolf & Lamb Steakhouse will be opening a second location in the heart of Flatbush, serving as a convenient fine dining option for us Brooklynites.

Established nearly fifteen years ago in bustling Midtown Manhattan, Wolf & Lamb’s has a well-earned reputation for fresh, delicious food, and warm, friendly ambiance. Their new location promises nothing less.

The new Wolf & Lamb Brooklyn space occupies a dramatic, three story structure on the intersection of Coney Island and Ave M, complete with soaring ceilings, vintage lighting and a modern industrial design. Their most distinctive design feature is a spectacular copper penny floor that’s been painstakingly hand laid. Click Here to read more and to view pictures.

Wolf & Lamb owner, Zalman Wuensch, has been toying with the idea of a Brooklyn eatery for a while, and when he stumbled upon the location, he quickly realized it would be the perfect fit.

“It’s this amazingly distinct, stand alone structure, with just the right touch of old school, Brooklyn charm,” Wuensch effused. “It perfectly fit our vision of creating a classic spot that transports you to a bygone era of good times, quality food and old-fashioned hospitality.” The location will also features an outdoor patio and herb garden, perfect for alfresco dining.

It’s no secret that Kosher dining in Brooklyn has recently been going through a metamorphosis, shedding its greasy fast food joints for more upscale dining. Wolf & Lamb Brooklyn promises to be the icing on the cake.

The new location, Wuensch promises, will stay true its steakhouse roots, but will also feature a refined take on classic comfort foods. The menu will also incorporate seasonally inspired dishes, with produce sourced from local Farmer’s Markets, as well as herbs and greens from Wolf & Lamb’s rooftop garden.

Whether you are celebrating a romantic dinner for two or a party for twenty, you will find Wolf & Lamb Brooklyn to be the perfect choice for any occasion. Visit their website at Wolfandlambsteakhouse.com
