Kevin Pratt didn't hesitate when he realized a man who jumped into the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon on Sunday March 4 2012, was drowning. He stripped down to his boxer shorts, dove in and swam to the man and then swam and struggled to bring the man back to shore. Pratt, a nursing student, and several other bystanders then worked to revive the man.
