Ever wondered what is it about a Schmura Matzo that makes it different than it's conventional counterpart? With only a few weeks left before Passover, the Manischewitz company opened the gates to its state of the art factory in Newark, N.J., and allowed visitors, including JTA reporter Uri Fintzy, to observe the heavily-supervised process of making the Schmura Matzo.
