Why would someone need a mirror, when he's not using it

th driver is wrong because:he should not of gone infront because the cycleist was there. if the cycleist was a car then he wouldnt drive in to him would he!
and the cycleist has a chutzpa because:u cant smash of peoples car mirros beacuse you feel like it and then runn off because other wise there would be smashed mirrors!
