Cow Makes A Run For It

Houston, Texas - The Livestock Show and Rodeo began Tuesday in Houston, but officials had some cow-wrangling to do before the event even started. On Monday two cows got loose while officials were setting up. Lucy and Daisy broke away during move in time. Lucy was corralled quickly, but Daisy put up a fight. She even head-butted and stepped on her owner. He insisted he had no serious injuries. In the end, someone threw a utility cord around one of Daisy's legs to control her. Rather than trying to move her to a holding pen, officials built a fence around her.
