heeb said...: Much as I sympathize with this attorney, even the most vicious criminals have the right to a fair trial-- which means access to a decent lawyer. Since Marrone can't do it because he can't be impartial, I'm glad the accused got someone experienced. Either that or his wife told him that if he didn't drop out she would divorce him, take all his money and he'd never see his kids again. Either way, he made a wise choice.
