Hit By Car Gets Up & Catches Suspect

Police in Britain have released CCTV footage which shows an officer chasing a suspect after being hit by a stolen car. The incident took place on July 3 in Surrey. Police officers had been alerted that a BMW had been stolen, an Officers trying to set up a roadblock on the slip road when the stolen BMW collides with their stationary vehicle. One of the officers, who had climbed out of the car, was thrown into the air by the force of the collision. He got to his feet, however, and gave chase to the suspect, 29-year-old Lee Ralph Adamson, who had abandoned the BMW. The police officer caught up with Adamson and arrested him on suspicion of vehicle theft and other driving offenses.
