Audio of Oral Arguments at 8th Circuit Court of Appeals

At 1:30 pm central time, today, Wednesday, June 15th, in the Thomas Eagleton Federal Courthouse in St. Louis, Missouri, an appeal will be argued before three judges on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in one of the most bitterly contested and controversial criminal trials in many years. Update: The U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis heard arguments Wednesday. Attorney Guy Cook says the court took the case under advisement. Rubashkin sought a new trial claiming Chief U.S. District Court Judge Linda Reade, who presided over his trial, couldn't be impartial and should have recused herself because she participated in the planning of the raid.

A retrail is always good for the defendant - what didn't work before don't do again and the prosecution still has their same case - you kinda know their game plan, lets hope all will go well for Sholom Mordechai Halevi Ben Rivkah !

nebach on the 39 people that say it was funny,nice,cool. and for the 8 people that say it was boring they forsure dont understand it. and for the 242 people that say it was emotional daven to hashem
