Dramatic Rescue Cop saves Suicidal Woman

It was around 11 a.m. Saturday when Natalia Ramos, 25 was seen standing on a four-story building ledge threatening to jump to commit suicide. During the 30 minute standoff Ramos was seen pacing back and forth on the roof screaming at officers who had set up a safety pad on the pavement below the building in case she jumped. People covering their mouths as if they were watching a horror movie. Then when Ramos decided to sit down on the ledge and started rocking back and forth taking deep breaths, Glacken said he knew she was going to jump. Just as Glacken got in position behind her, Ramos flung herself from the edge and he was seen grabbing her in the midsection pulling her to safety. The crowd that had gathered to watch the high-drama event erupted into cheers.
