"Those Who Want to Harm Jews Can Be Uprooted"

With the killing of the arch-terrorist Osama ben Laden, a talk by the Rebbe has come to light from this very date, which is eerily similar to the day's events. On the 28 of Nissan, 1990 the Lubavitcher Rebbe gave an unexpected talk on a directive by the PLO to its international affiliates to "harm Jews around the world."

"The power of the Jewish People is in their mouths," the Rebbe proclaimed, calling on Jews around the world to give charity and study Torah in order to avert the decree.
