Shloime Gertner sings at a concert in the old Budapest Synagogue in 2007. This was at a tour around Europe to encourage and entertain the (once thriving pre world war II, now) diminished communities in Eastern Europe. The event was described by a Holocaust survivor as an event that "brought back old Yiddish Memories from before the war, when there were tens of thousands of Yidden living here." With him is seen Sruly Ginsberg and Menachem Krauss (a close friend of Shlomo Carlebach o"h) who all added to liven up this special crowd.
