On Sunday night, the 27th of March, there was a beautiful event arranged by the Tzivos Hashem organization at the BAM theater in Brooklyn, NY.
The event which included a concert and a children's competition was a big Kiddish Hashem. Nine children were awarded for their Chesed, achievements and talents. The winner of the performing arts category (talents) was a young girl with amazing violin capabilities. The winner of the Achievements contest was a 12 year old boy from Los Angeles who studied all 6 Sedorim of the Shisha Sidrei Mishnah by-heart, completed in honor of his grandmothers first Yahrtzeit. The winner of the Chesed competition was a 12 year old boy from NY who would use his gifted violin skills to entertain and cheer up the elderly and and the sick.
Lipa Schmeltzer with the Sparks Choir sing "Shuva" at the Tzivos Hashem concert at the BAM theater in Brooklyn, NY. "Shuva" which is from the 90th chapter of Tehilim, was composed in honor of the Lubavticher Rebbe's 89th birthday back in Nisan of 5751/1991.
