I saw that on the news last night. I heard that Explorer was a government vehicle out of all cars! Haha
That's exactly why I moved out of NY, every time it snowed if it wasn't the snow plow knocking off a mirror, it was some idiot smashing into my car.
If it wasn't on video, they would claim no responsibility.
I love it how some people can video tape something happening but not put the freaking camera down to help. In the south we help each other first. Now I am not saying there aren't exceptions to this rule but for the most part your neighbors are family so put the camera down and help out!
