Over a thousand people participated in a gala Hachnosas Sefer Torah at the Toldos Avromom Yitzchok beis medrash in Meah Shearim during Chol HaMoed Sukkos. The Sefer Torah was donated by american philanthropist Ira Rennert in memory of Mumbai victim R' Leibish Teitelbaum HY"D.
