Tulchin, summer 2002, Yosl Kogan sings one of his songs from the WW2 Bershad ghetto, where as a teenager he used to sing his own and other authors songs of pain, anguish and horror. After the liberation and his subsequent service in the Red Army Yosl settled in Tulchin where this recording and a number of others were done in the years 2002-2009 by Indiana Universitys AHEYM project (Archives of Historical & Ethnographic Yiddish Memories).
