Seven year old Netanel Maroof reads the second Aliyah of the Torah portion for Rosh Hodesh Sivan 5770. Apparently the Minhag by Sefardim is that the Baal Korah may be under Bar Mitzvah to qualify to read the Torah, so long they are old enough to read. And the Teffilin are fake.

They are fake...I happen to know, because I am his father, and I bought them. But you can also tell from the fact that the Shin is shiny gold - it is painted on.
