On February 8, 2010, English Ambassador to Israel Tom Phillips, hosted at his residence a Bar Mitzvah celebration for 13 children from the Or Simcha boarding school in Kfar Chabd.
Bar Mitzvah is the Jewish rite of passage, it marks the transformation from a boy to a man.
