Yud Tes (19th) Kislev celebration in Jerusalem attended by several thousand chassidim of all kinds to celebrate the Chassidic Rosh Hashana which was set off by the release of the Alter Rebbe, Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Liadi from a tzar's prison in S. Petersburg, Russia. Padah V'Shalom is performed in this video as an introduction to the event. This niggun was based on a verse in Tehillim upon reading which, The Alter Rebbe was released.
