A relatively old clip of chazzan Chaim Adler singing at what seems to be some sort of Siyum. Maybe a Siyum Hashas or the like.
Rav Yaakov Kamenetsky is in the video and he passed away in 1986. So judging from that, the video has to be at least 24 years old.
That's all i know. Anyone else with more info is more than welcome to share it here.
