Chabad of the Valley in California marked its 36th anniversary with a gala banquet Monday, with a powerful musical tribute to slain Mumbai Shluchim Gabi and Rivka Holtzberg HY"D by 14 year old Hollywood star Troye Sivan from Australia.
The following is from a commenter on ColLive.com
"Troye Sivan who just turned 14 is now starring in a Hollywood movie. He started off his career in Youtube and publicized himself there. Then he made a number of shows in TV show in Australia. He is from Perth and was a Mekurav of Rabbi Levi Wolf.
Today, after Rabbi Wolf moved to Sydney to become the Rabbi of the central Synagogue, Troye and his family who go to shull every Shabbos are still very much in contact with Rabbi Wolf and Troye has even been the Chazan at Central Synagogue twice.
He is blessed with an angelic voice and he is very proud of himself being Jewish and at concerts (even in front of Goyim) wears his yarmulke proudly."
The Voice doing the high harmony is most probably Declan Galbraith who is the original singer of this song.

This song is a goy'isha song ! it's a shame to remember these kedoshim with a song like this i am asking you mr.gruntig don't you think it's a shame for lubavitch ! there is so much nice jewish and lubavitcher song's today ! why need go to the goy ? what will your rabbi say ! btw Declan Galbraith is a big anti semitic !
Annon: where do you get your facts from that he is an anti semite? the lyrics are neutral enough that they can be jewish or non jewish. its not like they are speaking about love or the like.
In my opinion i found the the songs (both; why and Yerushalaim shel zahav) very moving and was in tears.
