This past Chanukah, Chabad of Oregon held a special Chanukah event and the Rose Quarter, home of the NBA Portland Trailblazers. Between quarters, Rabbi Dovi Bialo from the Chabad of Portland Campuses was given the opportunity to shoot some free throws from the line with a chance to win $250.
