"Towards the end of the video it looks like the Rabbi is telling Lipa: "Lipa, you gotta tone it down a little bit," and Lipa responds "But this is with a Yiddisha Tam" to which the Rabbi responds "Ok, but you only have one more chance."

What you just read was my original conjecture. But I think the following, sent in by a reader, is a much better analysis of what the actual conversation was: "hey lipa i'll meet you in deli 52 after the wedding" and lipa says "no, better we'll meet at chatzkels" so the guy says "yeh your right."
