Last night, Rabbi Dovid Dubov and Rabbi Chaim Schapiro visited the Satmar Rebbe Rabbi Ahron Teitelbaum in his Upstate NY home in Monroe AKA Kiryas Yoel.
Rabbi Dovid Dubov Chabad Shliach of Princeton NJ together with Rabbi Chaim Schapiro Rosh Yshiva of The Semicha Yeshiva in Morristown NJ spent about thirty five minutes with the Rebbe which turned out to be a very pleasant and friendly visit.
Rabbi Dubov who is in the midst of writing Seforim on Inyani Geulah and Moshiach as they are divided on each Parsha of the torah, presented his work as a gift to Reb Aron. Rabbi Dubov also showed him where several time in his sefer he quotes the Dvrei Yoel, Reb Aron's great uncle, the previous Satmar Rebbe who passed away in 1979.
In addition to the above, Reb Aron discussed with Rabbi Schapiro about the latter's heritage being that he is a descendant of the Tzanz Dynasty. Reb Aron mentioned several Lubavitcher Chassidim which he was familiar with including Rabbi Labkowsky from Crown Height and Rabbi Denebeim the Chabad Shliach of Palm Spring C.A. where he has gone on vacation many times throughout the years.

Some would argue that he is the Satmer Rebbe's brother's brother!
