firstly if they are arabs then there is no problem with them doing melacha on shabbos.... I think that unfortunately they are israeli yidden
I would think so to but actually the text that you read was a copy from the original video post, and I kept it that way in order to give the benefit of the doubt to those people hoping that they are not in fact Jews.
