"Makeve Rav Mezuzah Kloppen" so was the headline. i don't know who the "Makeva Rav" is or what exactly "Mezuzah Kloppen" is.

He is the mechutan of the Belzer rav . He is a impt Hungarian rav in Israel.It refers to the putting up of mezuzoth
