Every year thousands of Yidden mostly from the Poilisher Chasidus sect go to Lizhensk Poland and visit the Tzion of Reb Elimelech of Lizhensk on the day of his yor tzait. Reb Elimelech is viewed as the Rebbe of all Poilisher Chaseidusen.
It seem like music is played all the time. (in one of the videos (not posted here)you can even hear Avraham Fried Singing Lubavicher Negunim)
