Somebody told me (but i did not confirm it) that the first sicha the Rebbe spoke about -Lehavdil Elef Alfie Havdolos- Saddam YM"S was on Asarah B'Tteves. What is also interesting is that Saddam who claimed to follow Nevuchadnetzar, is hanged a day before Asarah B'Teves the day Nevuchadnetzar started his war against the Jews.
