Three Killed, Many Injured in Tel Aviv Shooting
Jerusalem - Three people were killed and more than a dozen others wounded in a shooting at a bar in a busy area of Tel Aviv late on Thursday, Israeli officials said.
The suspected gunman was killed by security forces following a manhunt, according to a statement from Israel's General Security Service on Friday morning.
"At the end of a chase by the security forces, the terrorist who carried out the attack in Tel Aviv was located and thwarted," the statement read.
The General Security Service said the suspect was shot and killed by the Shabak security forces following an exchange of fire.
The suspect was "located by the Shabak (General security service) while hiding near a mosque in Jaffa and during an exchange of fire with the Shabak and YAMAM (Israel's counter terror National unit) fighters, he was killed on the spot," the statement said.
It identified the gunman as Raed Hazem, a 28-year-old from the Palestinian city of Jenin in the West Bank, who had "no clear organizational affiliation, no security background and no previous arrests." The service said Hazem did not have a permit to enter Israel and was an illegal resident.
The investigation into the attack continues, according to the General Security Service.
The incident happened at a bar on Dizengoff Street, a popular dining area in the center of the city, an Israeli police commander said.
The number of wounded was not immediately clear. Speaking on Israeli TV, Tel Aviv police commander Ami Eshed put the number at more than a dozen.

Gershi Uri - Feat. Aaron Teitelbaum Orchestra & Yedidim
It's hard to describe in small words this unforgettable event that took place a few weeks ago at The Palace Ballroom in Boro Park.
In honor of this special event, a combination of both a Hachnosas Sefer Torah and a Chanukas Ha'Bais for the Kavunas Halev shul, Yitzchok Honig, who held this event dear to his heart, and who has recently composed a song called Mi Bon Siach for his son's wedding felt that he needed to create something special and unique that would stay in the participant's hearts and souls forever, and so this song was born.
He sat down with Naftali Schnitzler from A House of Music and came out with a beautiful project. This song brings out the love and emotion we as a people hold to Hashem and our Torah.
Watch the renowned singer from London who recently became a rising star in the Jewish music industry with his warm and beautiful vocals, Gershi Uri, the Aaron Teitelbaum Orchestra, & Yedidim choir present this song in a way only they can.

Charoset Drive? מעות חיטין ? קמחא דפסחא? - Masbia
What is the goal of the Passover 5782/2022 Charoset Drive?
During the Passover season, Masbia will provide an estimated $2,232,000 worth of food to those in need. It has been two years since the Covid-19 pandemic began. Since March 2020, with your help, we mobilized and responded to a 500% increase in demand. But even before the pandemic, the demand during the Passover season was 25% of what we would normally do in an entire year. Therefore, we are bracing for a unprecedented demand above the 500% increase we've seen throughout the past two years. We are estimating that we will be helping about 20,000 families this Passover season.
Will you help us transform this Passover from a bitter struggle to a sweet, enjoyable time for the close to 100,000 people who rely on our kitchens and distributions?

Uzi Bodner- Soul Of Shabbos- Yossi Green Medley
About 8 years ago, when i became engaged to my wife I went to get a bracha from the Novominsker Rebbe Zt"l. I wanted to take the opportunity to get direction from this Tzadik.
“Rebbe,” I asked. “ What should a Yid do in order to build a Yiddeshe home?"
His answer surprised me. “A Jew should always sing Shabbos zemiros at his table.”
He didn’t know that at the time I was an aspiring singer. He didn’t know that music was the way I expressed myself and connected to other people.
He didn’t know my love for song. Yet he knew exactly what to tell me.
There is nothing in our control and the world seems to be spinning faster than we can keep up. Times are sometimes hard and we have so much to do, so much to work on, so much to accomplish in this world. Yet this gadol taught me something I will never forget. Sometimes all we need is to be embraced in our cocoon of Shabbos. Sometimes we have to let the work go and focus on the transcendent joy of sitting with our families on Shabbos kodesh and remembering what it is all really about, connecting to Hakadosh baroch hu. There is no way to better express the joy of this experience than through song.
When the Rebbe was niftar, I remembered his words and began putting together some of my favorite Shabbos songs from the architect of Jewish music Yossi Green, into a medley. It is my hope that it will inspire you to use these beautiful songs on Shabbos to uplift and connect.
