Chabad Medley - 4 Cantors & Ofir Sobol

Three months ago, Heichal Hatarbut in Tel aviv, experienced something different than its usual musical event. The “Chassidic Treasures'' Concert. An evening featuring nigunim of various Chasidic Dynasties, Chabad, Bobov, Breslev and Mozitz. The first half of the concert concluded with a medley of Chabad greatest nigunim.

The concert featured some of the world’s top tier cantors: Aryeh Leib Hurwitz, Yaakov Motzen, Avremi Roth, and Yisrael Nachman Turgeman, performed with the Raanana Symphony Orchestra and the joint choirs "Yoval" and "Zimratyah".

Arranged and conducted by the Maestro Ofir Sobol, the tunes of the Chabad Medley were compiled from various beloved and treasured Chabad tunes, which Chabad Rabbeim and Menagnim have brought to us over the years:
1. Avinu Malkeinu - Melody 6 in Sefer HaNigunim, one of the ten tunes attributed to the Alter Rebbe. Chasidim sing this tune during the Yomim Noroim in the Rebbe’s shul at the start of every prayer. It's also sung worldwide in Chabad during the High Holidays and Fast days.

2. Ka'eil Ta'arog - Nigun #14 of Sefer HaNigunim, a song of devotion associated with the Rebbe the Tzemach Tzedek.

3. Tzama Lecha Nafshi - Nigun #21 of the songbook attributed to the Alter Rebbe, though not among the ten tunes. The Rebbe taught this beloved melody during the gathering of Shabbos Parshas Kedoshim in the year 1954.

4. Eli Atah - Nigun #3 of Sefer HaNigunim, one of the ten tunes of the Alter Rebbe. In Chabad, it's sung at the end of the Pesach Seder, In Hallel, and at many Chasidish Farbrengens

5. Baruch Hu Elokeinu - The opening song of the album by the singer *Avraham Fried* "Yankel Yankel", released in *2009*. Chasidim in Nevel sang a similar tune with these same words.

6. Nigun Rikud - Nigun #27 of Sefer HaNigunim. Also known as the "Nigun Simchas Torah" from Nikolayev, and also as "The Rebbe's Nigun". The song opens the first record in the series "Nichocach".

Avremi Roth - Chosen Kalleh Mazl Tov - Martin Widerker

At the end of the wedding season, the renowned composer Meir Martin Widerker invites the singer and cantor Avrami Roth to a rhythmic song "Chosen Kaleh - Mazltov", arranged by Eli Klein and Yitzy Berry.

Widerker Kreativhous has facilitated many collaborations with the best singers and creators, Tzodik Greenwald and Dodi Kalish over the last year.

Among other things, the wedding song "Sasson we Simcha" sung by young star Itzik Weingarten was published, and in view of the success, Widerker now surprises with another wedding song consisting of words he wrote.

19 Cantors - in Honor of Israel's 72nd Independence Day

The online platform for Cantors, Choirs, Singers and Bands- JVocals.com, in collaboration with the Moscow Male Jewish Cappella conducted by Sasha Tsaliuk, is launching a special musical production in honor of Israel's 72nd Independence Day for the famous melody composed by the world-known cantor Sol Zim, to the words of the blessing for the peace of Israel, chanted every Shabbat in synagogues all over the world: "Our Father in Heaven" - AVINU SHEBASHAMAYIM

A hologram of the legendary Shlomo Carlebach OBM joined the singing with Avraham Fried, Yonatan Razel, Yishai Lapidot, and Avrumi Roth, at a Bar Mitzvah in Israel.

Holograms are 3-D images that have been projected and captured on a 2-D surface.

Avremi Roth - Av HaRachamim - Yeshiva Mercaz HaRav

The Mercaz HaRav Massacre, was a mass shooting attack that occurred on 6 March 2008, in which a lone Palestinian gunman shot multiple students at the Mercaz HaRav yeshiva, a religious school in Jerusalem, Israel, after which the gunman himself was shot dead. Eight students and the perpetrator were killed. Eleven more were wounded, five of them placed in serious to critical condition.

Yishai Lapidot Rechovot Concert

Last week in Rechovot, Yishai Lapidot hosted an event featuring a lot of names, including Aryeh Broner, Oif Simches, the Moetzet Ha’Shira Ha’Yehudit, Udi Ullman and the Chazzanut Forum, Avremi Roth, Yossi Berger, Moshe Lahav, Gad Elbaz, Yishai Ribo, Tzemed Yeled, the students in the Beit Sefer L’Musica, Menachem Horvitz, and Gideon Levin from America. The evening was produced by Yochai Kfir, conducted by Ami Cohen, together with multimedia provided by Media Pro. The concert was arranged via the municipality of Rechovot.
